Marc C. Vincelette

Attorney Marc C. Vincelette was born and raised in Pittsfield and graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1994. Following graduation, he moved to Philadelphia where he received a B.A. in criminal justice from LaSalle University in 1998. While in school in Philadelphia, he worked for the Philadelphia Phillies baseball team and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Returning to New England in 2000, Marc was awarded a scholarship to attend Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. While in law school, he worked with the State Attorney’s Office and interned with Connecticut’s top criminal defense lawyer, where together they successfully defended 4 murder cases in 2 years. After graduating in 2003 with honors among the top of his class, Vincelette returned home to the Berkshires where he accepted a position as a prosecutor in his hometown of Pittsfield.

In September of 2004, Vincelette opened up his own law firm to serve the people of the community he loves, the Berkshires. Since that time, Vincelette has earned a reputation as an accomplished trial attorney, passionate advocate, and tireless worker for his clients. When not in the office or the courthouse, Marc can be found spending time with his family and cheering on his beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
